NeuroAds Refund Policy
Non-refundable Services Due to the nature of digital marketing and the non-tangible, irrevocable services we offer, NeuroAds does not provide refunds once a service is purchased. This no-refund policy is acknowledged and agreed upon prior to purchasing any service from NeuroAds.
Service Postponement We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you find yourself unable to utilize our services after purchase, we offer the flexibility to postpone the service delivery for up to three months from the original date of purchase. Please note, requests for postponement must be submitted within 10 days of the initial purchase.
Cancellation of Recurring Services To cancel any recurring service, notification must be provided at least 15 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle. This allows us ample time to halt the services and ensure that no further billing occurs.
Billing for Partial Service If a cancellation occurs after the commencement of a billing cycle, you will be billed for the hours worked on your project during that cycle. The amount will be calculated based on the actual time spent, and you will be required to settle this payment.
