Data Subject Access Request Individuals can make a request to access their personal data. NeuroAds will provide a response within one month, providing a copy of the data processed, the purposes of processing, and the recipients of the data.
Data Protection Officer (DPO) NeuroAds has appointed a Data Protection Officer to oversee compliance with this policy and data protection laws. The DPO can be contacted at ri@neuroads.agency for any issues related to data protection.
Reporting a Data Breach Any identified breach of personal data will be reported to the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of awareness, unless the breach is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals. Affected individuals will also be notified if the breach is likely to result in a high risk to their rights and freedoms.
